I think I'm pretty consistent. I'm fine with renewables as part of our energy mix. I just know we can't run our economy on solar, wind, and ethanol (and wood) alone and trying to cripple the things we get 90% of our energy from now won't change that.

you point to Texas as your proof that the GOP is too. However, the GOP didn't do anything for renewable energy at the Federal level for 8 years while they were in power. Worse, they actively blocked attempts to make progress.

The above true either. I posted to you examples of Republicans trying to push the BLM to expedite the granting of permits for solar plants in the southwest that your CA (mainstream) Democrats and green allies are trying to block.

You know I'm beginning to think you guys who talk about renewable energy are just doing so as a pose. You and RW won't install solar on your own homes but want society to adopt what you won't. You talk talk talk, but won't do anything.
