It is her stupidity that led her downfall. She is very confrontational in nature, willing to cut down others at the drop of a hat and in the end she paid the price. Politicians seize the opportunity and rise to power. To remain in power, they do not have to go after their opposition relentlessly. Instead she did nothing for Alaska's prosperity at least compared to the noise she made. And in the end, remaining in power became a negative proposition for her. Not a suitable candidate for President or for a Senator.
