Yes of course. There are always uncertainties, so I don't limit them to 6-12 months. And uncertainties always means risk. But then there are "rewards" to consider.

CC it looks like SMF has around $56M in debt that is going to be sensitive to interest rates....I can't see to find (at first glance anyway) what long term debt that LSG has. How do the two compare?
