In the real world, Europe IS increasing their wood burning. And our utilities will too. You can burn wood day or night, whether the wind is blowing or not and you can burn it where you need it.

I am not saying its a good idea. But we ARE putting in place policies that will lead to more wood burning for power generation, just like we put in place (and are doubling down on) policies that created a corn ethanol industry.
