He started two wars

AQ started the wars on 9/11, nitwit. Bush just chose to defend us against future attacks, which was his job and was precisely what FDR was trying to do. Same thing.

and allowed Congress to pork away while cutting tax revenues.

This is hilarious given you're supporting Obama who signed a bill with more than 3,000 earmarks in it just a couple months ago. One that was shoved down the throats of Americans without so much as giving Congress a chance to read it.

He invaded a country, ignoring its sovereignty completely when it wasn't necessary to invade it at all.

Actually, the people in that country would call it "liberating" a country. There is plenty of historical precedent for our doing that (see, "WWII - France").

He expanded the powers of the executive branch while diminishing the powers of the other two branches

LOL. He did try hard to protect the powers of the executive, but your man Obama has continued to do so.

He also fukked with our Constitution, wiretapping where he shouldn't be wiretapping.

Last time I checked the Constitution was not modified under Bush and at no time did he violate any order by the Supreme Court.

<>He violated the Geneva Convention of which the US is a signatory.

There was never a violation of the Geneva Convention that I'm aware of.

Finally, and most importantly, he turned his back on one of our most important cities because it wasn't politically expedient for him to do otherwise.

I have no idea what you're talking about with this remark.

"He expanded the powers of the executive branch while diminishing the powers of the other two branches...."

Obama is appointing all these Czars, by passing Senate approval, like the Senate does for the various department secretaries
