There is corruption throughout LA's govt but the Latino politicians seem to excel at it. I was once a supporter of Villaraigosa because I didn't like the previous mayor, Jim Hahn. I felt Hahn was too deep of a political insider to be trusted. Only recently have I finally come to terms with the empty charisma of Villaraigosa. Just another political personality looking to become the next president of the United States. At least Rudy Giuliani cleaned up NY before seeking higher office. Tenchusatsu
