My bet is he's close to saturation and may never see positive numbers again, IMO.

Since Rasmussen, unlike Gallup, is interviewing likely voters, that possibility has to be worrying the Blue Dog Democrats. They may be pretty liberal themselves, but they come from red states and have to worry about reelection.

Still very much downside and it looks like the market is dipping again. His disapproval is likely stunning to him. He thinks he is brilliant on the world stage and they are laughing at him.
