Hello there Ken, It's pretty maddening to get switch-o change-o information from the NVID merry band constantly. You would think that they would have had the information from the patent office that a patent pending is a patent application that has been "filed." Beings how Arata is supposed to be an "inventor" one can't help but expect that he mighta sorta woulda shoulda coulda studied the patent office material enough to not prematurely announce that there were "patent pendings" on AXEN. Now they have switch-o changeo-ed it to "it'll take about a year..." according to Mr Federspill's information. How could anyone be that fickle?? Patent pendings take 4 to 6 weeks, and they know we all marked it on our calendars and that we were going to hold them to it, and now they conveniently change their story again for the umpteenth time. Sorry guys, if my post sounded a bit irrate...but I am in fact irrate, because there is nothing worse that getting constantly lied to and manipulated and having to always scrutinize NVID to death to find a bit of honesty out of them. This is why I have had a difficult time in cutting Arata slack and believing in him as an inventor. Alot of contradictory and deceptive information and "fast ones" seem to come out of this company, and beings how they are the supposed business men and women, they should be informed on patent procedure and they should be professional enough and intelligent enough to know the difference between "talks being completed" and talks being "open." They (Randy) should also know the difference between an R.N. and a Microbiologist, and the dif' between patent pendings, provisional patents, ect. Be careful investor wannabe's...me thinks NVID International has major probs'. Take care all, Cindy
