The EPA is ready to regulate CO2 as a pollutant. Renewable energy environmental impact assessments have been fast tracked. Renewable energy legislation is now making its way through Congress. Congress has already passed energy legislation that gave significant tax credits for non-gas cars. Lot's of progress. Of course, none of that happened during a GOP controlled Congress. So of course, you won't acknowledge any progress made by Democrats because you area biased individual.
