"Argentina’s economy is deteriorating due to a high rate of inflation, lack of access to international credit markets and unpredictable government, which could pressure its credit ratings"

Similar in USA though not so 'announced' :

'high rate of inflation'

==> the housing bubble.

'lack of access to internation credit markets'

==> China / others looking for alternative to US dollars.

'unpredictable government'

==> the only predictable here in USA is: who know when
'another imminent catastrophe is due in 59 minutes unless
the gov/fed passes another 10000 pages emergency ACT'.
( lucky we have fast readers as our gov. officials )
