That will not matter when they start bringing down the cap. It is not really cap and trade - is cap, reduce and trade. It really is destroy and hope.

As they chase CO2 with carbon credits methane hydrates bubble up from the depths of the ocean. Methane is a real greenhouse gas. A shame they don't work on methods of collecting this vast resource which can fuel homes, vehicles, industry etc etc

It would be money better spent than Don Quixote Obama chasing CO2 windmills.

Big Brother needs to point the world toward a boogeyman so Winston Smith doesn't look under his bed. They want the entire world to doublethink this CO2 boogeyman.
