That's a bit more complex than an electric car, don't you think? Then there shouldn't be any reason that the technology should CURRENTLY be at a point where everyone can READILY afford one, not just the upper class and eco-elite. Build the damn things.. Just don't restrict the average consumer's choice and make them have to buy into a technology that they can't afford. And that's what Obama's staff will be pushing upon GM management, promising them thousands in customer tax credits, in addition to the $50 Billion we've already provided to bail out the company. Hawk
