So the data you get doesn't show the effect that it would show were there hundreds of millions of folks buying their own insurance. I think we'll have to disagree on this one. There are 20 million people who buying their own insurance and those 20 million effectively participate in a different market altogether -- they aren't direct competitors to the group plans that most employees are covered under. And those 20 million individuals see no real improvement in their premiums over time.
