I saw in one of your links that NG plants cost 50% of a coal plant to build. And now NG plants produce electricity that is cheaper from source to use than coal. There isn't any excuse anymore. NG should be our immediate term future both at the power plant level and at the car level. Hell, I already use NG to heat my home and grill my burgers. We should use it for everything. That alone would get us off the oil, which my main goal for this country.
