This is not Panetta's letter. This is the seven democrats. The CIA is denying it

The letter is allegedly referencing things Panetta said in closed, classified, meetings. The seven can say "he said" and it's out there, with no way to corroborate and no way to demand specifics to rebut their allegations. It's a slime job.
