i get a flu shot every year - they are free
and readily available to everyone. this year,
health canada is strongly recommending that we
get two shots - one for the hini virus and the
other for the anticipated 'normal' flu bug which
differs from year to year. the hini vaccine is
expected to be available to the community by october.

i'm not afraid for myself but for the community
in general and in particular, the first nations
community.
