The religious stuff was tongue in cheek. Saying that God only knows the future is like saying that no one knows the future including him.
He said that the market would meander between 6500 and 10500 for years.
It sure happened in the sixties. The Dow visited 1000 several times over several years.

My experience with newsletter writers and market gurus has been when they make GREAT calls over and over, at the time they are very well respected lots of media and have loyal followings.

But they get over confident in their calls, and make really bad predictions or recommendations that end up making them look really bad.

I could name names, but I think we have all seen this happen to forecasters and newsletter writers.

Not another bull market in his lifetime, time to start following someone else, as he is starting to screw up big time.
