We should take that remaining $400 billion out of that idiotic stimulus bridge to nowhere and give it to the small businesses as grants or low cost loans to expand their businesses... 70% of all jobs in this country are created by small businesses, but none of the money is going to them... that's where real jobs are created, not with government "shovel ready" jobs that go nowhere... this obama idiot is trying to create a country of mindless worker ants with jobs that hold no promise for the future, and he's squandering our money in the process...
