Good point. Unless a DELL, CPQ, GTW, etc... actually put these
cards in their machines, your not going to see much volume. I
mean how many AGP ready boxes go out the door w/o an AGP
graphics board??? If you gonna spend the money for a PII
w/AGP, your gonna get a $100 STB board or better with it.

The videologic or hawk boards must get bundled w/machine or its
not going to make any money.

No congrats necessary Stockroach, just thought you would like the info since it has been rumored on this thread that S3 is about to buy CRUS graphics. It may turn out to be an additional 50 units your way. The way things are going S3 could use all the help they can get. I just hope they will have enough money to buy CRUS graphics division. Would bea big PLUS for CRUS. Can't say I know what it would do for S3. In any event keep up the faith. Good luck to all.
