That's the problem with spending other people's money - there are always plenty of good ideas for spending more and more... :)

Btw, I'm all for healthy lifestyles etc., but I could never figure out how such things can save healthcare costs in the long run. Even if broadly successful, it simply means that... let's put it this way - it simply means that people on the average would start getting sick a year or so later. But they'd still continue to get older and sicker.... no one would be getting younger and healthier... not for long, anyway... so, the savings would be no more than a temporary dip.
