Neeka, In 3 years it will be all about Obama. If he is a success he will win in a land slide. If people do not like what he has done - he will lose in a landslide. Actually, we should all hope he wins. That would mean he sees the idiocy of his leftist ways and changes course. Losing the house in 2010 would be the best thing to happen to him - just like for Clinton.

I am not so pessimistic.

First the election of B & boys was not so much a vote for dems but a vote against Bush, and big deficits and the way the economy was being handled.

Second the dems believing they have a mandate went wild. they have passed an economic recovery plan which I do not believe can work. If, I am right.

third People will turn against the Harvard, Yale, Princeton, we can save the world, pinheads because their failure will be evident and everyhing that Palin is becomes an advantage.

Fourh: If I am wrong and the recovery plan does work, Palin is dead for a long time.
