So you can't do it. Figures. "The proof, however, exists and I've already detailed it to some extent." More hand waving. "It's exactly as I have characterized it 'a frenzy', and a 'virtual public stoning.' " BS, less_. All I see is hand waving and you mouthing off. There never was a 'frenzy', much less a 'virtual public stoning'. It is amusing how wingnuts complain about others playing the victim card while raising being a victimized victim to a high art. "as legitimate given the millions that have been spent raising these issues and looking into them. " A) It hasn't been millions. and B) of the money spent, most of it was on an ethics complaint she filed herself. So she is in essence claiming she had victimized herself. Pretty cool, huh? She files an ethics claim against herself and then whines about it. And you lap it up. "But if you are trying to convince any objective person these petty issues justify what has happened to Palin since the Presidential race, every one of those people would tell you you are full of crap." See? There you go again. Those 'petty' issues were under investigation well before she was chosen as a VP running mate. The only thing that came up afterwards was the $200k for wardrobe expenses. You make a big deal of how she took on the corrupt powers that be in Alaska. Which is certainly a big job, it is probably one of the most corrupt governments in he country. But, what did she really do? She got some legislation passed that quickly ensnared her. Partly because her response to the corruption was to appoint friends and neighbors to positions that they weren't qualified for. Funny way to fight corruption if you ask me. It seems the only thing she disliked about the corruption were whose pockets were being filled, not the corruption itself. She was flying her kids around the state on the state's nickel. And then there is the whole per diem thing... And we won't go into the using private email to conduct state business. Which is sort of, kind of illegal.
