I don't think my freezer is going to be able to hold all of my produce. I usually freeze the berries, but I have a glut of tomatoes too, and I usually juice them and freeze. I was given three cases of canning jars last week. I am very grateful for that. It is my alternative preserving option. I need more though. We can buy boxes of Golden Delicious apples from the Chelan area for $4 a box. We're going to do that this year and juice them and make applesauce too. I've been hitting garage sales to find more jars.
