I don't think Sarah Palin has any idea what she will do next, apart from making money with a book and speeches.

She could grow considerably in a decade. In the meantime she's already indicated that she's interested in children's issues which certainly includes a prolife agenda. I also suspect she will focus on fiscal responsibility and energy independence.
