The Atlantic's takedown of Matt Taibbi by Megan MacArdle.

business.theatlantic.com

I stopped reading after seeing this in the second paragraph however.

"Taibbi is a gifted narrative journalist, whose verbal talents I greatly admire. But financial meltdowns don't offer villains, for the simple reason that no one person or even one group is powerful enough to take down a whole system."

I guess MacArdle is the only business "journalist" that has been living on Mars since she evidently hasn't heard of Joe Cassano and AIG who, by Hank Paulson's own words, "would have brought down the system had we not stepped in and provided liquidity for AIG."
