You're a frigging asshole with your jizzed up studies from neo conservative think tanks. You don't have a clue why its become so expensive to run CA schools and what you refuse to see is the connection between Prop 13 and the troubled CA schools. Traditionally, prop. taxes are the direct source of revenue for schools.......and CA schools have been on a starvation diet as they take on more and more foreign born and poor students from all over the world. Ever teach a kid where English is his second language? Of course you haven't........and so you have no idea how difficult and costly it is. I spit on anything from neo conservative think tanks. They are filled with lies upon lies. And they smell!
