>>>Style, without going through and reading all this crap, did you sell any of your ASND and take the loss as you were talking of doing yesterday?<<<

No i didn't...I was watching the pre-market bids and it was obvious that the selling at the open was pure stupidity on the part of dumping orders piling up and the buyers waiting on the sidelines. There was no way I was going to sell my ASND shares at such ridiculous levels so someone else could get a good deal on them! I decided to just let things ride and my port to sit tight. I thought about selling SOME of my ASND shares to raise cash for CYMI, but that stock was down the same %, so it wasn't worth doing.

>>> I see that the price didnt move much today as the rest of the crowd.<<<

Yes, I think that has to do with the attractiveness of CSCO and COMS after they both lost 15% or so over the past few trading days. With this dark cloud over ASND and the Street doubting us, it's tough to attract the $ that's looking to park in networking. We're 3rd place on the food chain...basically we catch whatever trickles down. With CSCO up 7 and COMS up 3.75, there just wasn't much left!

>>> I checked out your CYMI and also MRVC of which I picked up 300 or each. Dont know at what price, seems that there was trouble making trades.<<<

I know what you mean...my order to pick up more CYMI right after the open turned out to have a tiny partial fill -- a measly 200 shares which is just a drop in my bucket. The buyers came in so fast with CYMI as low as 21.5, that my limit buy got run over by the market orders. I had a late day confirmation @ 22.

>>>Is there any more to takeovers with ASND.<<<

I'm skeptical because ASND has yet to digest CYMI. Without the two integrated smoothly, it could be a headache for any aquirer.

>>>My average on what Im keeping is about 34. Any other good deals out there?<<<

Just about the same price as me. You may be interested in COHU, thanks to Asian crisis knocking down the semi's the stock has fallen with its peers from 55 to around 33. Just had excellent earnings as well...huge growth. I'm hoping to buy some as well.
