I purchased a used hp network printer this year, the UPS guy was rolling the box end over end from the truck to my door. He didn't know I was home watching until I came out to greet him.

I asked if he read the FRAGILE on the top of the box or if he had a hand truck.

I called the regional office and wrote a letter.

I had tonner all over the printer but after I cleaned it up it did work.
