I think Ginsberg interpretation of what was going on with Margaret Sanger and the early abortion movement is accurate.

Interestingly these purists that Ginsburg cites were not prepared for the abortion choices that became prominent with the elite. While they advocated abortion of the poor and the presumed inferior people, their own class adopted it with a vengeance.
