DARN!!! That's why AOL went up 3 15/16. The number of subsribers went up 200K and you are the culprit . VBG. Based on AOL accounting, every new member is equal to 100k additional subscribers!

Let us say you have some cash to put in the market today. Would you buy AOL or choose a quality stock like Intel, IBM etc which can handle market correction better than AOL. The next few days will tell if fund managers are indeed cashing in profit from AOL.

Be careful. Friday is AOL shareholder's meeting. Who knows what
splashy announcement may be made. Many anticipate one of split.

(Note that all studies show that any positive impact of splits
dissapates rapidly -- yet less knowledgable retail investors
persist in perception that it's a big deal)
