People used to work and die. Then Bismark had this idea of providing for old people.

That was the beginning of the problem. People would have too many years at the end of their working lives. They were no longer toiling in unhealthy environments. They were educated, quit smoking, exercised and had good diet plus health cares.

For lazy people this was a very good idea. They would live years paid by the money of young working adults.

Until there were too many old people for too few young adults to support. Now the situation is untenable. Things have to change. But it is seen as chnage the rules during the game.
