RE: Insider sales I am a constant lurker but never thought I had much meaningful to post. I have, for me, a large position, 5k shares at an avg of $42. I liked the fundamentals and always think the market overreacts on the downside. I always thought the overriding positives were no significant insider sales. This seem significant. Especially Dahl and Smith. This was first posted 50 posts ago. None of you think this is significant? Jay

Don't I feel like stupid for shooting a respond without checking the Edgar Online. Edgar is now showing four different 144s: Filling Date Person Shares Value $/sh August 18 T& L C. Bishop 380 19,000 50.0 October 20 Mcheal Campa 1680 55,650 33.125 October 27 Curtis Sanford 15000 532,500 35.5 October 28 Morteza Ejabat 15000 532,500 35.5 Clearly, Mo and Curly demonstrated the best timing to file. I couldn't however get any confirmation on sale by Smith and Dahl.

Xiang, My profuse apologies to you! Ejabat sold 15,000 shares at 35/share. Reported on EDGAR today. Sanford sold 15,000 shares at about 35. Reported on EDGAR 10/27 The only other sale recently was by Champa, for 1,680. No recent sales by Dahl that I can see, or by Smith or by Smith for a second time. Gary Korn
