This is why I don't sweat Chavez. Please. Nice of him to be so cavalier about other people's lives and fortunes. Socialism never works, but socialist thugs can stay in power for generations once they start with the gulags.

A lot of that brain drain arrives here in Miami. I had the chance to meet with a psychologist who had spent her entire career working in the Venezuelan Air Force. Her job was dealing with grief reactions among the family and colleagues of pilots who died in accidents. I am sure she did a great job, and she reached the rank of colonel through a lot of hard work. Anyway one day, the Chavistas called her in and told her her job description was changing. From now on her job was to be political indoctrination something she had never done in her entire career. She couldn't live with that so she resigned and fled to Miami to start a new life at the age of 59. Mind control is what it's all about.
