Skeeter, It's unarguable as in your previous post to TH, says it all. CALIF. is huge. Securitization of IOU's allows all states to basically print money also.
Wall St. doesn't get it and Obama, well he's forgotten where he came from to put it mildly.
If WS loses control of the downside, ugly wont nearly describe whats going to happen.

Two weeks later a bad feeling sets in and the same scared money scurries away like a jaded rat, along with the economic future of a generation or two. Behind the curtains, the likes of GS are calculating and recalculating the max pain and what not in order to squeeze every last dime out of every pension fund still around.
