Skeeter, It's unarguable as in your previous post to TH, says it all. CALIF. is huge. Securitization of IOU's allows all states to basically print money also. Wall St. doesn't get it and Obama, well he's forgotten where he came from to put it mildly. If WS loses control of the downside, ugly wont nearly describe whats going to happen.
