I will be amazed if she is not confirmed by the Senate and all those limp wristed republicans.

Ginsburg (ACLU officer) was voted in at 96 to 3. Republicans voting for her included such stalwart conservatives back then like McCain, Specter, Warner,Boren, Craig, Dole, Gramm, Grassley, Hatch, Hutchinson, Kassenbaum, Lugar, McConnell etc.
