Well, she is kind of dumb for a judge. She doesn't bring a whole lot to the table, the intellectual firepower is still on the right.

We live in sensitive times. Kumar Rangan who used to post on this thread took me to task for referring to "the Indian woman" who was an astronaut. Not knowing what her name was it was the only way to refer to her. What are you supposed to say?

I think the "wise Latina" comment was made in a speech in front of a Puerto Rican audience, so I see it as a throwaway line.

I heard she has said the 2nd amendment doesn't apply to the states. That's something Republicans need to zero in on. And ask her what other amendments may not apply to the states.
