Actually, capitalism isn't a terrible system. <Like democracy, capitalism is a terrible system......except for the alternatives. > The problem people have with it is their envy which is one of the seven deadly sins or evil temptations [depending on how they are described].

There is an intrinsic problem with democracy which is that people vote to dispose of other people and their property. It is inherently unethical and gives full rein to envy and greed as bludgers vote to take OPM and impose on other people and their self-determination.

For example, democracy can make homosexuals illegal and punish them for it. Democracy can vote to not have women voting. Democracy can vote for National Socialism and does. Democracy can vote for compulsory euthanasia of the old. Democracy can do anything it likes. Capitalists can do only what they can pay people to do, can buy only what people are willing to sell, and can only get money if people choose to buy from them. There is no fault in capitalism.

The envious are the philosophically infantile, with "thinking" akin to that of a 3 year old who sees and wants. Heck, maybe even less than 3 because 3 year olds who are normally developed are forming fairly good property rights concepts with ownership being established as an idea.

capitalism is just fine, and can only be found in its purer form in hong kong, but nowhere else;

democracy does not exist anywhere except maybe switzerland if one is talking voting with ballots, and hong kong, should one be talking electing with capital flow;

but, coconut would be justified in suggesting that chaotic constitutional monarchy here in friendly thailand works well enough

our temporary refuge from hong kong lodging comes with mr min - just dial 2 on dedicated cellphone and ask for whatever food from town, whichever reservation in town, places to go, stuff to do, and presto, done.

starting august 1st, coconut will stay in beijing to attend a local kindergarten for 30 days to toughen up so as to better start pre-primary transition year at her new school in hk in september

in the mean time, enjoying tranquil rest until time to go go go

she also just got accepted by toughest hk ballet school where the teachers are into educating and training after passing a test of drills where all her skills aggregated so far came in handy and footy
