Maybe one day I'll just move on but you would have had no effect on how I think. I know these markets as well as or better than you or anyone on this board. I know enough about them to know that posting drill results and other material or non material changes will rarely affect a stock unless the promo machine is in place. If the promoters are honest and have good stuff then we get lucky. If they have good stuff and they are dishonest or incompetent then all the good results will not have a lasting effect on the SP. Now, since 75% of the Vancouver based mining companies are dishonest you are more likely to have BS news releases which move the markets but suck in the great unwashed or unwary. Most 'investors' in mining shares end up losing more than they make on the good ones. I also know that people who attend gold shows are the biggest suckers in town. The Vancouver one is often held at the same time and next door to the adult toy show. vancouveradultshow.com What does that tell you? Which show do you think has the most whores? Example: The most I ever made on anything was on BRE-X and I ended up making more on it than my broker who recommended it to me in the first place. My only regret was not buying 4,000 shares at 4.00 like he suggested. You can post what you want about stocks but that doesn't change the fact that the industry is one of the most crooked industries out there. It's unregulated and there are scams galore and when RR says its a casino people should listen. The rest of the analytical stuff is all so much BULL SHIT. It's all in the promo man. There should be a thread that just discusses mining promo, the people involved, the IR people etc. That would be the most useful thread for this industry IMO.
