What makes you say this is "a willing takeover target", MU owns 60% of the shares I believe. It is only willing if MU is willing and I would think that MU needs the earnings from MUEI. Drams are not exactly the best place to be even if you are the low cost producer as MU. Although if enough money was thrown MU's way I would think they would be willing, I know I would.
