Sure wish George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were alive to take Obama out behind the barn and teach him a lesson. Is that what Obama learned at Harvard that the Constitution is a flawed document? Would Obama negate all of American history? One of his goals appears to be to rewrite the Constitution which is based upon Parliamentary Procedure to reflect his current naming of Czars. Czars have absolutely no place in a Democracy based on Parliamentary Law. By naming his Czars, unheard of in America, Obama is actually by-passing (usurping) the balance of powers of Congress with his own Congress of Czars. mj
