I do not know why NGD has gotten hit except as Patron answered me it is just going down with the sector for now.

Not sure about the debt. They will need a good amount of cash on hand for operations.

Might have something to do with cash costs which -- on relative peer basis -- are on the high end. Stock price will react on a somewhat leveraged basis vs price of gold moves compared to lower cost producers.
