Going away for a few days can give you such a new outlook on things. I haven't been to Victoria for such a long time. In fact it was probably 12 yrs ago or so. I won a raffle for a trip up on the hydrofoil and only planned on staying the day. In retrospect, we should have spent the night. It's such a fun and interesting place. One of our favorite tours there is Ann Hathaway's Cottage. We learned a lot of history about old wives tales there. Saw their authentic Kitchen garden and also learned how they constructed their homes back in the old country during Shakespeare's day. I'm ready for an adventure and we are in the planning stages of a wilderness trip to Oregon and (hopefully) Idaho we want to take in August.
