The majority of the American people are right on board with the CIA having secret plans. Congress has repeatedly proved they will spill secrets with impunity. Leahy is a perfect example of such slime. This is obviously another bone to the left. What they don't realize is the poll numbers for Obama and Congress are dropping due to the swift move toward far left policies. Moving further left with simply increase the dropping poll numbers. The reaction to Bush and Cheney wanting to capture and kill high level terrorists will certainly not offend the public.
