It's my understanding that Obama is going to allow free elections in every state, however, he is going to place a Czar in each state to make important decisions.

You'd have better luck asking him to stop breathing. His lying is so tied into his emotional attachment to his LWE ideology it has has moved beyond pathological. He simply cannot accept or recognize any truth that runs counter to his LWE world view.
