Todd, Recent insider activities showed that McGinnis and Pratt are planning to sell around 50,000+ shares of CCSC at $30/share. That is around $800K. Are you aware of this activity? If so, what is your view? I believe that the company is still fundamentally strong. Sales are great and appears to continue in same track. I believe that McGinnis is still holding at least another 300k shares, so the 20k is a little less than 8% of his holding.
