an employee can add revenue... revenue doesn't mean shit. If he can produce GP$'s then likely he can produce net profit $'s as he won't up your fixed costs... if he does you have to look deeper into net margins. You don't know what "Net Marginal Revenue" is, do you? If you "do this every day", you're apparently doing it incorrectly. What you know about running a business will fill a pinhead.
