twas up n down.....98 finished a 4th wave....2000 finished a 5th......wave A down to 2002.....wave B up to 2007.....wave C down to the march low....primary wave 3 up is now under way........all of course unless its the end of western civilization as we know it today.....

the red flags from 1998 to 2000 begot a crash and the green shoots from 2000 to 2003 begot a full fledged bull market which most likely is still a work in progress... internals don't necessarily need to walk hand in hand with price but they always proceed it.
