Absolutely. This time last year, the accumulated deficit for 9 months was $286 Billion. As of last week, the accumulated deficit for 9 months ended 6/30/09? $1.08 TRILLION.

If Bush was a failure I want to know what you call OBama.

I think you underestimate the value of the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 in convincing Saddam to allow the inspectors back into Iraq.

Sounds right on the surface, but at the time I, and I think most open minded observers, KNEW that Bush et al had their minds made up to invade Iraq, regardless. To the Dems credit the majority voted against authorizing the war, despite huge public pressure.

Iraq was a Republican war... they voted overwhelmingly for it.
