Could it be possible that the Democrats are the reason we don't have Osama binLadin and his #2 Dr Ayman al- Zahiri??

Would the Democrats have let him go free if our forces brought him in?

With some of what we've seen in the last few months, I'm starting to believe if this could be possible?
