From Q3 last year through Q1 this year the economy has shrunk more than 12%. Obama and/or Bush have bailed out the banks, bailed out the insurers, bailed out the auto companies and passed a massive stimulus bill.

He's working very hard to convince himself and others that Bush had nothing to do with the current mess. That's what they told him to do down at RNC headquarters.
